Best for Chilling out - Expert review of Burriana Beach
I love taking a stroll from the historic town centre to Burriana Beach via a meandering path through huge rocks, from where you can grab glimpses of the beach down below. It takes about 15 minutes to get down to the seashore, but take your time as the path is steep and you’ll want to breathe in those thrilling views.
Families, couples, youngsters, in fact almost everyone, heads for Playa Burriana as there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars on the beach itself - plus there’s a plethora of water sports on offer for the more adventurous.
Grab yourself a sunbed and palm umbrella at the water’s edge for five euros.
